This Mosque Versus Temple dispute has already resulted in demolition of 400 years old Babri Mosque at Ayodya. (The 80 percent Hindu majority believes that is where one of their Gods RAMA was born.) and its after effects in brutal killings of over 10,000 human beings by fanatics of both religions, is a disgrace to INDIA in the eyes of the world. Even our Supreme Court is not now respected.

These frequent communal riots result in untold human misery, economic ruination of the poor and creates tension across whole of India. It appears this will go on and on periodically until a mutually acceptable decision comes about. It also reflects adversely on the administration.

The only solution is "out of court compromise" by the communities concerned immediately. This is not possible unless religious fanatics and such minded politicians and media who have vested interest, are shoved aside by the right thinking people of India and not allowed to do further damage. Should these 10 percent selfish fanatics be allowed to tarnish the name of India? The world media (TV, RADIO AND NEWS) are screaming! Our Governments have failed.

People from all communities i.e. Sikhs, Christians, Hindus, Dalits, Budhists and Musilms who are unbiased, non communal, moderate in practicing religion, non political with no ego and ambition except sincere love for India and national well being need to come forward and take the lead. People at large are disgusted with the present situation and the resultant tension.

Yes, a solution acceptable to all in the Ayodya dispute can be found and achieved. A 21-member select committee of citizens from all walks of life within India meet together and in 3 to 4 months find a solution. I am sure the result will be produced, GOD willing.
