* We would like to share with you some valuable
information we have received through e-mails. The e-mails we have received
encourage you to enter an emergency contact number in your mobile (cell) phone
memory under the heading .ICE (In Case of Emergency). .ICE provides paramedics
or police the ability to contact a designated relative or next of kin (who may
have medical history or other vital information) in an emergency situation. For
more than one contact name, you may use .ICE1, .ICE2, .ICE3 etc. Note that by
adding a dot before the word ICE places it at the top of the directory.
